A: Processing time: the time we have to prepare your order before it is shipped. Processing time is 1 to 3 business days excluding holidays and weekends

Shipping time: the estimated time your item will take to reach its destination once it has been shipped

A: No, 31 Days to Self Discovery Journey is filled with affirmations, prompts, and quotes to assist you with understanding yourself. It is a guide that will lead you to look inward.

Q: My item was damaged/defective upon delivery; can I return it or get a refund?

A: I am Her Self Love merchandise is not responsible for damaged or defective items caused by the shipping carrier during shipping and cannot be refunded. All items undergo a quality control inspection before being shipped

Q: My order says it was delivered by USPS but I did not receive it.

A:  Once the item has shipped I am Her - Self Love  has completed the responsibility of fulfilling and shipping the order. You can verify your merchandise has indeed shipped the order by logging onto the USPS website with your tracking number and checking the tracking history.
